SHIPPING TIMES

This chart serves as a guideline for the time it takes for your package to arrive at your location once it is shipped.  All orders originate from Marietta, GA in the United States, unless otherwise specified.  The general time it takes to build your custom clubs range from five to seven business days.  Please add this time with the shipping time listed on the lower left hand corner of the chart.  Please notice that the transit time and time to build your clubs are calculated in business days and is estimated.  Weekend and holidays do not constitute business days.  If your order should be delayed, you will be contacted immediately regarding the status of your shipment.  Once your order is shipped, UPS will send you an email notification of the status of your package.

All international orders shipped through UPS will arrive within five to seven business days from shipment via UPS Worldwide Express.  International orders shipped through the United States Postal Service EMS or United States Postal Service Airmail Parcel Post is five to seven days or seven to ten days, respectively.  International customers will be contacted via email prior to processing of your order with a shipping cost.  This shipping cost must be confirmed by replying to the email.  Once we have received your confirmation, your order will begin processing and the building time frame and transit time will take into effect.  Once your package has shipped, you will be notified via email with a tracking number.  You may track your package via UPS at http://www.ups.com or via United States Postal Service at http://www.usps.com.  Please note: United States Postal Service does not guarantee their time in transit, unless the specific option is available in your country.  If you are unfamiliar with you local customs and shipping procedures, you may want to contact them regarding fees, duties, etc.  Therefore, we recommend sending your international packages through UPS for more efficient service.  The shipping charge quoted for your package via UPS is for shipping cost only, customs fees will still apply.
